0038 - Customers, Guests, VisitorsTarget and Disney aren't the only places which use "guests" in place of "customers": Danbury Fair Mall does, too (at least at the information centre). I encountered one guest at Target who despised the use of the word (the comment I'm writing now was actually done in 2010, and so the encounter happened after this strip was drawn). Thing is, we just call the people what Corporate tells us to call them - don't blame us minions, please! |
