Notes on today's comic (5 April 2010):This really happened in the last week... I wasn't in any rush, because it was my day off, and my schedule was rather flexible! The reason I gave Bishop co-submission credit is that after the huffing-and-puffing "gentleman" left, I told Bishop what had happened while he was out completing his errands; right after I told him, I thought it would make a good strip - then Bishop suggested the same thing about 1.5 seconds later! Not only did I give Bishop co-submission credit, I drew him in the strip! News, Views and Just Plain Schmooze...Monday 5 April 2010Since I've worked out how to check the all-time results from Google Analytics, I can now happily tell you that the total number of visits from Dec 22 to April 3 is now 4,458! Monday 29 March 2010I dunno, you wait ages for another country, and then two come along at once! This time, a visitor from Fiji came to Paper or Plastic?, so that's now 74 :) I'm still trying to get the word out there, by contributing comments to various discussion boards (though not by spamming or trolling; I'm making comments relevant to the site being visited!), and it seems to be paying off, up to a point :) Wednesday 24 March 2010After a long wait, another country has joined the viewer list: Finland! That brings the total up to 73! I'm relieved that I managed to come up with something for today's comic, because I was really beginning to doubt myself. I don't put in as much practice as I should (actually, the only practice I get is when I'm drawing the next comic), which is absolutely shameful. But it's difficult at times to give myself the kick up the backside that I know I need. Hopefully I can do something about this before too long. Wish me luck. Wednesday 17 March 2010Happy St Patrick's Day, if you're celebrating! |
