Notes on today's comic (12 April 2010):

Ah, you're finding out all sorts of things about me (whether you want to or not...). Although I've not actually been tested for an allergy to chocolate, my reaction to it suggests to a lot of people that I'm allergic. Thankfully, my shortness of breath isn't so severe as to make me wheeze - because I still continue to eat the stuff. I can't help it - it just tastes so good!

... especially brownies *drool*. I was surprised to find that ice cream with brownies is also heavenly - the best I've had to date is the offering from Cold Stone Creamery in the USA: the brownies are chopped up and mixed into the ice cream in the store, so they're all soft in the ice cream. And now I've just made myself hungry...

Since I've worked out how to check the all-time results from Google Analytics, I can now happily tell you that the total number of visits from Dec 22 to April 3 is now 4,458!

I dunno, you wait ages for another country, and then two come along at once! This time, a visitor from Fiji came to Paper or Plastic?, so that's now 74 :)

I'm still trying to get the word out there, by contributing comments to various discussion boards (though not by spamming or trolling; I'm making comments relevant to the site being visited!), and it seems to be paying off, up to a point :)

After a long wait, another country has joined the viewer list: Finland! That brings the total up to 73!

I'm relieved that I managed to come up with something for today's comic, because I was really beginning to doubt myself. I don't put in as much practice as I should (actually, the only practice I get is when I'm drawing the next comic), which is absolutely shameful. But it's difficult at times to give myself the kick up the backside that I know I need. Hopefully I can do something about this before too long. Wish me luck.
