0053 - Chicago PizzaI first learned about the "oddity" of Chicago-style pizza's composition on a Food Network show - took me totally by surprise... Anyway, this is the first strip where a real-life person demanded to be turned into a comic character! All but the final two speech balloons were an actual conversation between Bill and I, right down to his malapropism - and he said I had to draw a strip about it... Fortunately, I thought the conversation was funny (though it needed a little extra tweaking to finish it off, I felt), so here it is. Finally, a quick reminder about the extra strip on Sunday for Father's Day. |
